Topographical Surveys
A topographical survey is required for all land development projects. It involves surveying the existing site, and detailing ground levels, drainage, and existing site features.
Subdivision Scheme Plans
A subdivision scheme plan sets out the boundaries and easements for your proposed development.
Setout Surveys
At the construction stage, our team will undertake any necessary setout surveys to ensure all infrastructure is built in the correct location as per the approved plans.
As-built Surveys
Following construction, an as-built survey is required to confirm the location and details of the new infrastructure. This data will be submitted to Council as part of the sign-off process.
Land Transfer Surveys
A land transfer survey plan is required to satisfy Auckland Council’s s223 approval, and will be submitted to Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) to gain titles for the development.
Boundary Surveys
A boundary survey involves pegging out the new lot boundaries for the development.
